Now, your yoga exercise is to hold your cheeks like this for a while and try to smile. When you will try to smile you will feel that your cheeks are hurting a bit. Don’t be too harsh on them but try to tighten it slowly to exercise your face muscles.

2. Simha

Kneel down and be comfortable. Relax your body. Now place your palms on your thighs. Now the next thing which you will be doing might sound funny to you but it is effective for face fat so you gotta do it. Stick your tongue outwards and stretch it downwards with force. You have to extend it downwards as much as you can. Just how you push yourself to do a yoga pose to reach out to your feet. Now, while doing this tongue stretching you have to exhale and roar like a lion.

3. Mouthwash Technique

This technique is called the mouthwash technique because it is somewhat similar to the movements involved during a mouthwash. Just like you transfer the water from one cheek to another, here you need to transfer air from one cheek to another and continue this exercise for 20 to 25 times. This might hurt but it is really effective.

4. Jivha Bandha (Locked tongue pose)

If you dream of having a chiseled jawline then you must try this exercise to tighten your face. For this yoga exercise you have to sit comfortably and then touch the tip of your tongue to the palate. Now stretch your tongue towards the neck while forcing it against the palate. You will feel a stretch in your neck. While doing this breathe through your nose.
